| Doing genealogy research at JCPL just got easier! The library has purchased a new microform reader that makes it possible to scan microfilmed records (such as Jessamine Journal obituaries) then print those records immediately, email them, or save them on a USB drive. JCPL purchased the new equipment with funds from a Library Equipment Grant from the federal government Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. To use the new equipment, check in with a librarian at the Information Desk. |
