Join Karen Kiviniemi RN, a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, for a hands-on cultured foods workshop where you will learn how you can make powerful probiotic-enriched food at home – using real food. In this class, Karen will discuss how you can repair, support, and improve your microbiome – the vast army of beneficial microbes living in our gut and on our skin. She will also talk about how a healthy microbiome boosts the immune system and reduces allergies, stomach and skin problems, depression, and other ailments.
