Our guest speaker for January will be Stacey Hodges, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) who’s on a mission to restore people’s health through the power of nutrition. She will be speaking to our club about the connections between food and inflammation in the body. Developing and maintaining healthy habits is challenging. The JCPL Healthy Life Club is here to provide extra support, information and incentive to help you live longer, stronger, and happier. At each meeting, we will provide every group member with a Healthy Life Club Challenge packet. This packet will include a variety of activities you can do throughout the month before the next meeting. You can track all the activities you complete and record them in the packet. At the end of a 6 month period, we’ll tally the points in all of your packets and give every finisher an incentive according to the number of points earned. Healthy Life Club Challenge packets are only available to those who attend the monthly meetings! This program is open to adults and teens. Please register.
