If you suffer from anxiety, depression or ADHD or if you love someone who does, you will not want to miss this opportunity to learn how easy it is to manage your moods and your mental focus – no prior experience is necessary!This workshop will introduce you to yoga therapy breathing and movement interventions to quickly address the physiology of Anxiety, Depression and ADHD.  Although the class will be geared toward behavioral health, allied health, and yoga professionals, all are welcome to learn these valuable techniques.  The library will provide a light, vegan lunch for all participants. Registration is required. “I’ve tried all kinds of therapy for my anxiety and ADHD.
