Jr. STEM Club

September 4, 2019 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
JCPL at Meeting Room 1/2/5/6

Jr. STEM Club brings science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), to kids ages kindergarten through fifth grade in fun and challenging ways. In these hands-on, interactive programs kids and their caregivers will ask questions, use their senses, and investigate the world around them.

Glowing water, blue and red flames, and mountains
of oozing foam are everyday occurrences when Newton’s Attic comes to the library. This program will expose students to the fun and sometimes bizarre
world of chemistry, chemical reactions and exciting things that can be made
with the right mixture of knowledge, chemicals, and materials.  So, let’s
all put on our safety glasses, lab aprons, and rubber gloves and see what
strange potions we can concoct.

Registration is required.
